Manual supplement for the navigation system.
● When selling your vehicle, make sure that you initialize the Hands-free system
to prevent personal data from being improperly accessed.
The Hands-free system operates while the ignition switch is in the “Acc” or “ON”
position.

CAUTION:
Subaru Select Monitor is required for reading DTC, performing diagnosis, reading current data, customizing and active test (compulsory drive).
Remove foreign matter (dust, water, oil, etc.) from each control module connector during removal and installation.
A: REMOVAL
1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the rear door trim. <Ref. to EI-61, REAR DOOR, REMOVAL, Door Trim.>
3) Remove the rear door speaker assembly.
Remove the screws.
Disconnect the harness connector and remove the rear speaker assembly.
