To open the console, push on the lid lightly and it will automatically open.
CAUTION
When your vehicle is parked in the sun or on a warm day, the inside of the overhead console heats up. Avoid storing plastic or other heatvulnerable or flammable articles such as a lighter in the overhead console.

A: REMOVAL
1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the steering column cover.
Remove the screws by turning the steering wheel to right and left.
Release the claws and remove the steering column lower cover.
Separate the steering column upper cover and steering upper cover,
Driving on snowy and icy roads
WARNING
Do not use the cruise control on slippery roads such as snowy or icy roads. This
may cause loss of vehicle control.
CAUTION
Avoid prolonged continuous driving in snowstorms. Snow will enter the engine’s
intake system and may hinder the airflow, which could result in engine shutdown
