1) Remove the fuse and inspect visually.
2) If the fuse is blown out, replace the fuse.

1) Lift up the vehicle, and then remove the rear wheels.
2) Remove the trailing link.
Remove the bracket, and remove the parking brake cable from the guide
(a).
Remove the bolts and nuts, and then remove the trailing link.
