AT models
1) Yellow handle
1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and stop the engine.
2. Pull out the level gauge, wipe it clean, and insert it again.

CVT models
There is no oil level gauge. To check the front differential gear oil level,
we recommend that you consult your SUBARU dealer for inspection.

1. Remove the receiver cover from the hitch receiver tube. Then insert the ball
mount into the hitch receiver tube.
2. Insert the hitch pin into the hole on the hitch receiver tube so that the
pin passes through the ball mount.
3. Insert the safety pin onto the hitch pin securely.

Installing forward facing child restraint
1. Place the child restraint system in the rear seating position.
2. Run the lap and shoulder belt through or around the child restraint system
following the instructions provided by its manufacturer.
3. Insert the tongue plate into the buckle until you hear a click.
