Subaru Outback (BR): Stowage of the cargo area cover
The cargo area cover can be stowed in under the cargo floor.

The subfloor storage compartment is located under the floor of the trunk or cargo
area and can be used to store small items. To open the lid, pull the tab or handle
up.

1) Lift up the vehicle, and then remove the rear wheels.
2) Remove the rear stabilizer.
Remove left and right stabilizer links.
Detach the stabilizer clamp and remove the rear stabilizer.
