The cruise control set indicator light illuminates when the ignition switch is turned to the “ON” position and turns off after approximately 3 seconds.
This light illuminates when vehicle speed has been set.

A: REMOVAL
1) Remove the transmission assembly. <Ref. to
6MT-25, REMOVAL, Manual Transmission Assembly.>
2) Remove the clutch cover and clutch disc. <Ref.
to CL-11, REMOVAL, Clutch Disc and Cover.>
3) Using the ST, remove the flywheel.

Check the fluid level monthly.
1. Drive the vehicle several miles to raise the temperature of the transmission
fluid up to normal operating temperature; 158 to 1768F (70 to 808C) is normal.
2. Park the vehicle on a level surface and set the parking brake.
3. First shift the select lever in each position. Then shift it in the
