WARNING

Do not adjust the steering wheel tilt/ telescopic position while driving. This may cause loss of vehicle control and result in personal injury.

1. Adjust the seat position. Refer to “Front seats” F1-2.

2. Pull the tilt/telescopic lock lever down.

3. Move the steering wheel to the desired level.

4. Pull the lever up to lock the steering wheel in place.

5. Make sure that the steering wheel is securely locked by moving it up and down, and forward and backward.

Tire pressures

WARNING Driving at high speeds with excessively low tire pressures can cause the tires to deform severely and to rapidly become hot. A sharp increase in temperature could cause tread separation, and destruction of the tires. The resulting loss of vehicle control could lead to an accident. Ch

Vehicle placard

The vehicle placard is affixed to the driver’s side B-pillar. Example: The vehicle placard shows original tire size, recommended cold tire inflation pressure on each tire at maximum loaded vehicle weight, seating capacity and loading information.
