There are several types of clips used for your vehicle
Type A clips
1. Turn the clips counterclockwise using a flat-head screwdriver until the center
portion of the clip is raise
Removing air intake duct
Use a screwdriver to undo the clips on the air intake duct, then remove the air
intake duct. Refer to “Type A clips” F11-5.
Pulling off the fender lining
It is necessary to pull off the fender lining when replacing some bulbs.
1. Start the engine and turn the steering wheel fully in the opposite direction
of the bulb to be replaced.

1. Remove the lens by prying the edge of the lens with a flat-head screwdriver.
2. Turn the bulb until the flat surfaces at its ends are aligned vertically.
3. Pull the bulb straight downward to remove it.
4. Install a new bulb.
5. Reinstall the lens.
Parking on a grade
Always block the wheels under both vehicle and trailer when parking. Apply the
parking brake. You should not park on a hill or slope. But if parking on a hill
or slope cannot be avoided, you should take the following steps:
1. Apply the brakes and hold the pedal down.
