A: REMOVAL
1. FRONT HOOD INSULATOR
Release the clips to remove the front hood insulator.
CAUTION:
Do not reuse any clips damaged during removal. The damaged clip cannot fix the
insulator securely.

A: REMOVAL
1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the bumper face assembly.
Remove the clips, turn over the front mud guard, and disconnect the fog

1) Perform a diagnosis code (DTC) check by connecting the Subaru Select
Monitor.
2) If any diagnosis code (DTC) is displayed, refer to "List of Diagnostic

A: REMOVAL
1) Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
2) Remove the cover (A) and clip (B) from air intake
boot assembly.
3) Loosen the clamp (A) which connects the air intake
boot assembly and air cleaner case.
4) Loosen the clamp (B) which connects the air intake
boot assembly and throttle bo
