Basic Diagnostic Procedure

CAUTION:
When performing diagnosis, observe the legal speed limit on the road.
The cancel code will be also appear when cruise control is cancelled
by the driver's operation. Do
not confuse them.

When any of the doors, the rear gate (Outback) or the trunk lid (Legacy) is not
fully closed, the door open indicator light illuminates. This function is effective
even if the ignition switch is in the “LOCK” or “Acc” position or the key is removed
from the ignition switch.
